The majority of our products are made entirely by hand right here in beautiful Wisconsin, while others are personalized by us. We specialize in laser engraving and creating treasures from wood that is sustainable and environmentally friendly.
A bit about our products and the laser engraving process:
- Most items on this site are handmade and hand painted and no two are identical. While we can guarantee that each item is made with love, we cannot guarantee that each item will be factory flawless! We work with natural materials, and hand paint each item, so every item will have its own character - just like you!
- Laser engraving works by burning the material. A result of this process is sometimes the deposit of soot along the cut surface, which can leave black residue when touched. This is natural and no cause for concern. If your item has excess soot on the cut edges, you can take a piece of paper towel and gently run it along the edge to remove it.
- As mentioned above, the process of cutting wood also produces odor. If your item was recently made before shipping, you may notice a slight odor of burnt wood. This is natural and will dissipate over a short time.
